Friday delivery is subject to change based on order volume, weather conditions, and staffing.

Orders will not be fulfilled until full payment is received.  

Custom tray orders must be made by Thursday at 5pm CST for Friday delivery.

Friday deliveries are made anytime before candle lighting.  Specific delivery times are not guaranteed.

Tax exempt letters must be presented at the time of ordering.

Orders for personalized items must be made at least three business days in advance, subject to availability.

For the health and safety of our customers, no returns  or exchanges are accepted.

Candy Squared is not a gluten-free or nut-free facility.
